Storage Policies
We do ask that any changes to your account (i.e. change of address) be made in writing. Storage unit insurance is available to our tenants and we are available seven days a week to answer any questions you may have on our tenant insurance policies. Our tenants are responsible for all items and we do ask that all items are removed in a timely manner once the tenant contract has ended.
Late Payments:
We know that occasionally our clients may miss a due date here or there, life can bring up unexpected surprises each day! We have a late policy in place for our clients; please feel free to discuss it with a customer representative.
