I had a great experience with the Roslindale location. I was moving stuff out of my current unit and Shaneeya was able to get me a unit perfect for my belongings. She made sure that the youth was good for me.

First time dealing with a storage unit auction. The building has carts and dollys's available to use for moving things in and out. Had a couple issues concerning the unit we bought, but they were quickly resolved. Shaneeya was and has continued to be extremely helpful throughout the process.
